Improvements to Online Bill Pay
All Live Oak customers can now access their bill online through a single streamlined portal!
This update affects Ameri-Tex customers and customers who used trashbilling.com.
How to Log In
Follow the steps below to access your new payment portal.
Find your new account number on your most recent invoice
The new payment portal can be accessed here.
Create your account in the new payment portal
Enter your new account number in the payment portal and create a new password when prompted.
All your account information from the previous portal will be automatically transferred to the new one.
Important Information for Autopay Customers
All autopay enrollments will remain active, but some withdrawal dates will be temporarily delayed.
For this bill cycle only, Ameri-Tex customers whose withdrawal takes place on the 20th may be delayed by up to ten days.
