Residential Services
We’ll collect your trash with speed and efficiency to help you keep your property waste-free. We have been in the garbage collection industry since 2001 and our mission is to make your life easier with the convenience of waste removal services.
One 95-gallon roll-out cart is provided to every customer. These carts are easy to use and help keep a cleaner appearance for your community.
All our customers receive guaranteed weekly curbside pickup year-round, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and in the case of inclement weather conditions.
When it comes to residential garbage collection, our primary concern is customer satisfaction and peace of mind. We’ll work with you to determine the best scheduling for your services, and provide you with a receptacle to keep your home environment safe, clean, and free of debris.
Residential Fees and Cancellation Policies:
- An activation fee of $75 will be charged for all new residential customers.
- Re-instatement fee of $50 will be charged for all returning residential customers.
- Customers must call and speak to a customer service representative to cancel an account.
- Cancellation requests from customers are effective on the last day of the month, and no refunds will be given for partial months.
- Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customers may receive a refund for unused prepaid months.
